I generally don't write review but have to make an exception here to share our story. Me and my wife had poor experiences with Real Estate agents in the past and we had tried to handle most of our housing related needs ourselves. In the summer of 2...020 during the pandemic, we ran into Joseph in one of the open house that he hosted for his client at that time. He was extremely patience and helpful in addressing our questions, even draw a map on a piece of napkin when we asked about how to get to the closest Go Train station. We kept him in mind and when we try to sell our house a few months later, we gave Joseph a shot to earn our business and he totally won us over by came in prepared and done his homework. The sale of our property was very smooth and we were able to execute on the plan that Joseph set up for us. Shortly after the sale is finalized we moved on to look for our new home, and Joseph was with us every weekend for several months until we found our dream home. Not to mention throughout the process he remained extremely nice and helpful, and at the same time he was also very effective in getting the most value out of the situation for us. Joseph provides very professional advices and with his help we were able to get a great deal on our new house despite facing bidding war situation.
